Our commitment to continual improvement of environmental performance is demonstrated by this scheme which opened recently in Pentonville Road, London N1, with an "Excellent" Eco-rating score. The building was completed to a high specification and included a centralised hot water and heating plant and 20% renewable energy in the plant room in the form of a woodchip burner.

Walker Management provided Employer's Agent services in the construction of these 14 flats, which were built by Noble House Properties for Islington & Shoreditch Housing Association.
