Walker Management is pleased to announce that it has been appointed as Project Managers for the refurbishment Floors 1-3 Anchor House, a pioneering homeless hostel offering vulnerable people the opportunity to improve their quality of life by providing a caring, stable and supportive environment to enable greater independence. This phase of works follows completion of Floors 4 & 5 during early 2008, and continues the long term relationship that Walker Management and Anchor House Ltd enjoy.

Services include Project Management, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, CDM Co-ordination and Clerk of Work services. The works are testament to Walker Management's ethos to provide a seamless integrated solution to clients.
