Cyclical Maintenance

Walker Management is pleased to confirm its appointment as consultants to oversee a scheme of cyclical maintenance works to ten multi-tenanted properties in West London, involving Building Surveying, Project Management and CDM Co-ordinator services.

Walker Management provided initial feasibility reports to the client, Women's Pioneer Housing Ltd., on an individual property basis to allow future budgetary planning and, upon receipt of instructions, prepared a full contract administration package including specification production, tender reviews and supervision of the works.

Works are currently on site, due for completion in November 2009.
