Branches Hostel, Walthamstow

We are very pleased to be involved in a project to improve services to rough sleepers in North London. Work has now started on the redevelopment of the Branches Hostel in Walthamstow for Christian Action (Enfield) Housing Association which will have 25 en-suite bedrooms, together with lounges, kitchens and multi-purpose rooms.

Walker Management is providing Quantity Surveying and CDM services, working with architects, Rivington Street Studio. Demolition works are complete and ground works due to commence in early December and the project is due for completion in October 2010.
