Partners/Directors

Philip 'Ben' Hurworth MRICS (1980)
Local Government Service 1970 - 1974. Joined Richardson and Partners (now Walker Richardson) 1977. Associate 1980. Acted as project Quantity Surveyor on range of HA projects since 1977. Expert Witness 1988 to date. Chairman of Walker Management Ltd and Partner of Walker Richardson.

Anthony Ewen MRICS (1970), MCIArb (1983)
After experience in both Local Government Service and the private sector, joined the Practice in 1989 to lead newly formed Employer’s Agent service. Has wide experience of Quantity Surveying and Project Management/Employers Agent. Managing Director of Walker Management Ltd and Partner of Walker Richardson.

Directors

Michele Haniotis B.Sc, B.Arch, M.Sc (CM), RIBA (1994)
Joined the Practice in 1994 as Practice Planning Supervisor, responsible for services related to 'CDM' regulations and Partnering as well as carrying out project management on larger projects.

Keith Miller B.Sc, MRICS (1981)
With over 20 years experience in Quantity Surveying, joined the Practice in 1989, and is Principal Quantity Surveyor in charge of BOQ production as well as acting as Employer’s Agent.

Mark Andrews B.Sc (Hons), MRICS (1996)
Worked in both public and private sectors gaining experience in all areas of pre and post contract quantity surveying and Employers Agent work.

Peter Smith B.Sc (Hons), MRICS (1984)
Having joined the Practice from college in 1978, works both on Pre-contract Quantity Surveying functions and acts regularly as Employer's Agent.

David Cooper MRICS (1986)
With extensive experience in construction since 1974, acts as leading Project Manager / Employer’s Agent on major projects.

Associates

Jason Grady B.Sc (Hons), MRICS (1996)
Worked in both public and private sectors covering a wide range of experience from construction, site management, site surveying and the full range of building surveying activities, joined the Practice in 1999 carrying out professional building surveying work and acting as Employer’s Agent.

Russell Bennett B.Sc, MRICS (1998)
Worked in both public and private sectors gaining experience in all areas of pre and post contract quantity surveying and Employers Agent work.

Ian Thompson B.Sc, MRICS (1986)
With a background in professional Quantity Surveying has concentrated since joining the Practice in 1987 on Health & Welfare facilities gaining great experience in work at Saint Bartholomew Hospital in London.

Howard Rodin DipBE, FRICS (1989)
After qualifying in 1974 and many years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager in both private practice and contracting, joined the Practice in 2002. Carries out Quantity Surveying and Employer’s Agent roles on major projects.
