Abbots Wharf E14

Abbotts Wharf is an award-winning canal-facing development of 201 dwellings for sale, shared ownership and rent located along the Limehouse Cut in Poplar, E14. This was a joint-venture between East Thames Housing and Telford Homes with a contemporary design by Jestico and Whiles.

Built to a consistent high standard and completed in December 2005, the scheme finished well ahead of programme. Features include a new mooring basin, balconies to all properties, 24-hour concierge, an underground secure car park and commercial space for cafés, etc.

WM acted as Client Representative and Cost Consultant. The success of the project has led to further a further alliance between the parties, building on the very close partnering team-spirit created on Abbotts Wharf.
