Five year 450 unit phased scheme with Bethnal Green & Victoria Park HA and C33

A partnering project with Laing Partnership Housing using JCT 98 D&B with a partnering agreement.

Initial tender for the first phase was to BG&VPHA but with a matrix for the unit mix of the future phases notionally priced including updating using BCIS TPI and seeking a volume discount as packages were secured.

Had a serial head agreement for subsequent phases for subsequent packages to be priced as per the original tender.
