Conversion of old library to flats and surgery shell – JCT98 D&B contract – acted as EA.

A £2m scheme for Community HA that suffered from having an historic budget in a rising tender market. VE exercises undertaken, managed to get scheme back with some sacrifices (refurbished old lift rather than renew, reduced areas of new roof extensions)

Client had difficulty in finding tenant for surgery. Subsequently we tendered the fit out for this after the completion of the main project.
