Housing
Housing has been the backbone of our business since the Practice was established. Housing projects have ranged from single houses to developments of more than 1500 dwellings. They have covered restoration of Almshouses designed by Sir Christopher Wren to “high tech state-of-the-art” developments and from bungalows to high rise high density projects and the repair and refurbishment of terraces and tower blocks.
Health
A long history of Hospital and Institutional work for clients such as Health Authorities, Primary Care Trusts, St Bartholomew’s Hospital and Private Health Trusts such as The Sick Children’s Trust. Projects include both general and specialist provision from adoption and extension to development of new facilities.
Recreation
Our background covers community bases leisure, Religious and Welfare facilities including, Churches and Religious centres, swimming pools and sports halls, museums and a water sports centre.
Education
Education works include University and Polytechnic Buildings, Laboratories, a College of Technology, comprehensive schools, junior and infant schools and nurseries. Projects have included buildings for those with learning difficulties.
Commercial
Our broad experience covers a wide range of commercial development for private clients, ranging from luxury apartments in Central London to office premises and even repairs resulting from bomb damage.
