who we are
The origins of Walker Construction Consultants Limited began in Walker Richardson, a Chartered Quantity Surveying practice that has been involved in housing since the practice’s inception in 1947.
The Practice subsequently expanded and diversified to form the separate company of Walker Construction Consultants to act as Employer’s Agents, Project Managers, Planning Supervisors, Building Surveyors, Party Wall Surveyors, Site Inspectors and where contract procurement permits, Partnering Advisor.
Whilst we operate across all sectors, we specialise in social housing and have carried out projects ranging in value from £100,000 to £100 million.
Walker Construction Consultants are BSi accredited holders of EN ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management Certification. Walker Construction Consultants are committed to continual improvement of their Quality Policy and are certified to 9001:2015.

Mark Andrews BSc (Hons) MRICS
Mark is the joint managing director responsible for Employers Agent and Quantity Surveying services. Mark has been with the company since 1988.
Ben Burlikowski MRICS C.Build E
Ben is the joint managing director responsible for Building Surveying, CDM Services and Clerk of Works. Ben joined Walker Construction Consultants in 2007.
